Introduction
Once the organization acquires SoftExpert Suite, it is necessary to configure it for the system to operate as expected and to release user access.
The SoftExpert installation team will provide the necessary support at this point. Data can be created in the system in two ways: via AD integration, a process in which information is automatically imported from a system that centers all data of company employees, or manually, with the help of a consultant.
For manual records, the consultant works based on project time, that is, they only aid the administrator user during the hired hours. During this time, they create records in the system and train administrator users.
At times, once the consultant project time ends, the administrator user must create and configure the remaining information to ensure that employees can properly access the system.
